The Agency Years
Before leading, I did everything. Five years across agencies in Brazil and New Zealand shaped a generalist foundation: on and offline layouts, packaging, social media, key visuals and animation. Everything I lead today, I learned doing.
Where it started: packaging in New Zealand.
My first job was an internship at Datamars, a global agri-tech company. I designed packaging and visual communication for the New Zealand market, learning early how to work in another language and another culture.

Big accounts, fast pace.
At W3 Haus I supported one of Brazil's biggest beauty accounts, O Boticário, on the account side, and designed for Panvel and Iguatemi: email marketing, social content and sponsored campaigns.

National brands, every format.
At Escala I created and adapted cross-platform assets for brands like Sebrae, Stihl and Piccadilly, moving between online and offline in the same week.
One designer. Twelve universities.
At Bonaparte I ran the same multi-channel campaign across 12 university clients simultaneously, solo. Each with its own brand guidelines, each with its own deadlines. It was the masterclass in consistency and scale that shaped how I manage brands today.
